Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Keeper.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Keeper, you agree to these terms with Keeper. If you are using Keeper on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@keeperhq.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach or probe security, no interfering with other users, and no reselling the service without our permission. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

Pilot access

Access to Keeper is currently provided as part of a 90-day pilot under a separate written agreement with your branch, invoiced directly by us. There is no self-serve billing in the product and you cannot buy a plan here.

Intellectual property

Keeper owns the service, including its software, design, and branding. These terms don’t grant you any rights in them except the right to use the service.

Your content

Your branch owns the data it holds in Keeper — its property, landlord, tenancy, repair, certificate and correspondence records, and any replies it approves. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service, including generating your briefs and drafting replies you ask for — nothing more.

AI-generated content

Your brief and any drafted replies are generated by large language models. That output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it. Drafts are only sent once a person at your branch has reviewed and approved them, and you remain responsible for what you approve and send.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Keeper and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where practical, we will notify you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
